Librarian Enma Rosario Moncada, San Antonio Community Library “We had a 9-year-old boy, repeating first grade and always distracted. He had not learned how to read yet. With the help of an educational CD focused on reading, I started bringing him to the library in the afternoons and assigning him a computer all to himself. In three weeks his teacher was astounded when he began to read stories.
